How much does shipping cost?Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order size: £3.45 for 1–3 bottles (Royal Mail small parcel) £6.80 for 4 or more bottles (Royal Mail medium parcel — up to approx. 20kg or the box limit) If you’re ordering in bulk — say, for family, clients, or longer use — we’ll pack as efficiently as possible. If your order ever exceeds our parcel size, we may split it into two shipments (at no extra cost to you). And if your order total is over £100, shipping is completely free — no matter the weight.

When will my order arrive?We use Royal Mail 48-Hour Tracked for all deliveries. Once your order is placed, we aim to dispatch it within 1–2 working days. From there, Royal Mail typically delivers within 2 working days — so most parcels arrive in 3–4 working days total from the time you place your order. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way, so you can follow it every step of the journey.

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?If it’s been more than 4 working days since you received your dispatch email, check your tracking link first — occasionally parcels get delayed or held at depots. To be eligible, the item must be in its original, sealed condition and packaged securely to avoid damage in transit. If you'd like to return something, just email us first and we’ll confirm the details.
