At EarthWise Natural Health, we want your experience with us to be as smooth, transparent, and reassuring as possible.


Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and handle returns for your herbal products. If you have any further questions, our friendly team is always here to help.

Delivery Information

Processing Times:

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • You'll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order ships.

 

Delivery Methods & Delivery Times:

We currently ship within the United Kingdom using Royal Mail 48-Hour Tracked as our standard delivery service.

  • We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

  • Standard delivery: Estimated 2–4 business days after dispatch (excluding weekends and bank holidays)

  • Express delivery options may be available at checkout (subject to availability and location)

 

Delivery Costs:

  • Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your order total and delivery location.

  • Free delivery may apply on orders over a certain amount (see checkout for current offers).

 

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link to monitor your delivery progress.

Returns & Refunds

Return Eligibility:

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging to be eligible for return.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

How to Request a Return:

  • Please contact our customer support team at support@earthwisenaturalhealth.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

  • Return your item to: 
    Uploders,
    Matravers Farm,
    Bridport,
    DT64PH

  • Please note: Unless the return is due to our error, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service to return your item as we can't be responsible for parcels not reaching us. 

 

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Please note: Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

Received something damaged or wrong?

  • We deeply apologise. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging, and we'll sort it quickly.

  • We'll replace the item or offer a full refund — whichever you prefer.
